RETURNS & EXCHANGES

With our returns portal you can send the goods back to us easily and simply. Simply log in with your order number and email and we will provide you with a returns label or QR code . You can hand in the package at the nearest packing station or post office. You bear the immediate costs of €6.

Please note that for hygiene reasons , beauty and lifestyle items such as underwear, perfume, nail polish, jewelry, candles and room sprays are excluded from return shipping . More information can be found here .
