You ordered from us but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!

We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process the return online using your order number and email . Very simple and uncomplicated.

How does the return work?

1. Open the Lindner Fashion returns portal .
2. Enter your 5-digit order number and email address. Use the data from your order confirmation for this.
3. You can choose between “exchange item” or “refund”.
4. If you would like to exchange the item, you can choose a different size if it is available in other sizes.
5. Would you like a refund? Then select a reason for your return and click “continue”.
6. You will then receive a return label that you can attach to the package. Alternatively, you can also show the QR code from the shipping service provider at the nearest packing station or post office.
7. After we receive the return, you will receive a confirmation email and we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible.
