Return Policy


Please note that we do not offer refunds on discounted items. For sale items up to 50% off, size exchanges can be made if they are still available. The sale of items with a discount of 50% or more is irrevocable.

Returns, refunds, credits or exchanges are not possible. Please contact us at for any inquiries.

Return of products

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of receiving the order. We provide you with a DHL return label via our returns portal . You can read about how returns work via our portal here .

If the size is exchanged, we will cover the return shipping. If you do not like an item and would like to return it for a refund of the purchase amount, you will be responsible for the direct costs of €6.00.

As soon as we have received the return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, you can make a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. This includes goods that were delivered damaged or in which a manufacturing defect occurred within the specified period.

What you can't send back

Before you decide to return, we would like to point out that we only accept returns of items that:

- in a new, unused and salable condition and
- have all labels attached,
- all shoes must not have any scratches on the soles or stains on the shoe box and
- must be returned to us with an additional layer of packaging to ensure they are not damaged upon delivery.

Our team checks the returned items for signs of wear. You are only entitled to a return or exchange if the returned items have passed this test.

Please note that beauty items, perfume, jewelry, nail polish and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We have the right to refuse a return if we feel that our return policy has been abused by repeated returns.

Returns from abroad

You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. Please note that we cannot provide you with a DHL return label for this. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.

How do I get my money back?

The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the original payment method a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the goods. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the credit has been paid out.
